The app works great. An option to add new recipients will be an added advantage to users.

Its one of the easiest way to send money and its affordable.

They have great service, I was used their service since Aug 2013 and only I time, they took more than 24 hours to send my money and recently I send my money and It reach within one hour, amazing and also we get sms, as soon as money delivered.

I use different services, TF is good so far,faster remittances, easy interface with touch id and quick send.Less formalities,friendly customer care. Could never beat my primary bank on exchange rate and fee,but works better with the time.

I gave 4 star because I like the service, they can pick up the cash so quick. The only thing I dont like is the transaction fee, its too heavy for 9.99. Also I wish we can send money through weekend.

Had a terrible experience with one of the representatives. He treated me poorly; I dont know what he is doing working in customer service for the online department. However, I placed a claim and asked for a supervisor and they followed up with me. I guess I will see is I am fully satisfied with TransFast when I see that I dont have to make my transaction twice and the customer service improves after the conversation I had with the supervisor.

When I opened app, it says $68. After creating account it says 66.85. Its a pure marketing disaster and you are actually cheating. Can you explain without twisting the facts?

I have used the app twice. My best advice is before you send money know how to navigate your way through the app and how to connect your bank account. Furthermore, you should know as far as you are ok with d standard transfer (4 days) its higher rate so always send money earlier before the deadline... Thats d catch there.

Whenever I need money the next day , I always prefer this and their rates are competitive and satisfactory. App is good and with a quick slide, I am all done except to check for money the next day on my INDIA account. Thank you.

I have been using TRANSFAST from last 2 years and pleased with reliable service, never faced any issues.

The first transaction I made took quite a lot of time, due to the verification process. But every transaction after that was fast, directly deposited into receivers bank-account and with a good $ rate. The best part is that they charge very less when compared to other companies and the email alerts for the higher $ rate. And very economic if you are sending less value because of their minimal charges

Now a days transactions are going smooth.
