Had a terrible experience with one of the representatives. He treated me poorly; I dont know what he is doing working in customer service for the online department. However, I placed a claim and asked for a supervisor and they followed up with me. I guess I will see is I am fully satisfied with TransFast when I see that I dont have to make my transaction twice and the customer service improves after the conversation I had with the supervisor.
