TRANSFAST – Money Transfer App Reviews

Service provided by Transfast is great, however it has been a rare transaction that when the money gets deposited in my account, as per the committed time. Pretty much every time, I have to either follow up or give a couple of additional days for the transaction to complete.

They asked full SSN and ID. I uploaded ID and it still shows "pending" My question is simple : why does the website says the status of document "pending" whereas the customer support says there is nothing pending? What if after 5 days it still shows "invalid/pending doc" and the money gets stuck? Luckily I got it cancelled before it was debited from my account. Either the Website has serious issues or the team is fraud. Get it fixed or keep losing regular customers.

Good app easy to use. If they introduce option to set nick name for bank accounts which is already in transaction history that will help a lot

I have been a customer to transfast since 3 years and they have emerged well since 3 years great rates than xoom I am happy with their service

Its a user friendly and slick app to use. Fingerprint authentication feature saves me a lot of time and provides enhanced security. I wish if Transfast displays at least 5 recent transactions instead of 3 so that we can get a chance to choose our recipients when doing a quick send

Transfast is great, they give the best rupee value to the dollor. The app is very easy to use.
