Worst customer service ever. Money has been deducted from my account for 4 days and still no funds in Indian accounts. They send an email asking from some document verification and even after sending all theres no change in status. Finally I call them and they say it would take another four days for funds to clear and they are asking for more documents.

The app is so nice that just with two clicks on your phone, the money is sent. Keep going Transfast with such quality work. It would be great if the economy transfers are made within 2-3 days instead of 3-5 days. So 4/5.

I have been using transfast for over a year and everytime they have sent money to India within 2 hrs with greate exchange rates.

I wasted my time filling out the sign up form only to realize my state of AZ is not listed in the drop down!

This app is so easy and fast effective. I transferred money into my nigeria account at a very good exchange rate and it reflect so quick. With this I can save money into my country account on everyday cheque

Pathetic is some what suitable for this service .. If there is any worst word that that you can use that too .. Cheap and time waste customer service .. Those guys dont have any clue what they are talking about .. I cancelled my transaction it took 10-11 days to get money back from these guys after make so many calls .. The app is cheap and low grade .. Quick send is worst I guess these guys didnt even do basic testing of there app and system and are making fool of people around .. Dont ever use this service ..

Ive been using Transfast for about a year now. For the first transaction I had to call up the customer service to unlock the security checks theyve put in. However the process was smooth and the customer service is wonderful. The transfer time has progressively gone down.

Transfast always gives better rates than its peers. I have been using it for almost a year. But their customer service is a concerned area. Sometimes they hold transfer without any reason. Some times they send in minutes. So overall it is inconsistent.

This company is a whole lot better than Western Union or Money Gram. They will work with you and approve the transaction quickly. I was working with a six hour time difference and they work with me on that with no problems. I will definitely use TransFast again in the future over any other transfer service that is out there. Their name speaks for itself , TransFast ! Yes and I will agree that there app does need some work because Going on line is a lot tougher than just going through the app !
