The app works great. An option to add new recipients will be an added advantage to users.
They have great service, I was used their service since Aug 2013 and only I time, they took more than 24 hours to send my money and recently I send my money and It reach within one hour, amazing and also we get sms, as soon as money delivered.
I use different services, TF is good so far,faster remittances, easy interface with touch id and quick send.Less formalities,friendly customer care. Could never beat my primary bank on exchange rate and fee,but works better with the time.

Some bad moments
Transaction charge is too much. 4.99 per transaction is ver expensive
Had a terrible experience with one of the representatives. He treated me poorly; I dont know what he is doing working in customer service for the online department. However, I placed a claim and asked for a supervisor and they followed up with me. I guess I will see is I am fully satisfied with TransFast when I see that I dont have to make my transaction twice and the customer service improves after the conversation I had with the supervisor.
When I opened app, it says $68. After creating account it says 66.85.
Its a pure marketing disaster and you are actually cheating.
Can you explain without twisting the facts?
The worse experience of my life. Terrible account security, particularly the account security personnel.
My money never got thru, and after I called to find out what the problem was, for days I couldnt get any one on phone, finally I did and it was really horrible allying to them.
I called transfast and asked that my bank account information be deleted from their system. The representative assured me that it is done and sent me an email to proof. That was a lie. Transfast took money twice from the account that was supposedly deleted without authorization. When I called, instead of apologizing, the customer representatives were beating around the bush making excuses. Transfast has a horrible customer care. My advice is if you have to use transfast, use an account that has little or no money or the exact amount u are sending. Even at that, I still dont recommend them
Whatever you do in the application, the review and send button is not working for quick sends. Iphone 6. Waste of time ...
