I have been using transfast from almost 7 months and I have not used any other mode to transfer my money since then. Amazingly easy to use and gives best value for your money. Must have!

Extremely simple to use and works every time!

Am using this from last one year . Easy to use with one swipe finger you can send same amount again. conversion rate are far better than money gram and western union With no extra frees.

I had a very horrible experience with transfast in my last transaction. Since I urgently need money in India I did a transfer from US to India. But to my surprise the transaction was stuck in inprogress state for 3 days. When I called the call center they started asking for my bank statement and other unwanted details. I had already shared all the mandatory details earlier to them. So out of frustration I asked them to cancel the transaction and they happily did that. After checking the status I moved the money out of my bank. But to my shock transfast issues the debit request the next day and the bank issued $30 fine for insufficient balance. Again I called the call center to check why they issued debit request in spite of cancelled transaction. They simply said sorry they cant do anything about it. Its very bad and untrustworthy. Transfast used to be good when it came. But now very poor service. I will stop using transfast and move back to xoom. At least they try to keep up their service level

Its really horrible experience with Transfast services. I have to send money to Indiathrough Transfast, so, on May 2nd I did the transaction, they shown me the date as May 6th to complete the transaction but money not transferred even after May 6th and when I call them, Cu care person saying that it will take 3 to 5 days from May 6th as today only your verification completed, he concluded that it will be transferred on May 10th or May 12th. The guy who talked to me giving a suggestion that you can cancel the transaction if you want to cancel. He simply saying that you can go away from Transfast, I never seen this kind of customer services in the world.

I really like the operations available in mobile. Its very nice. 1 suggestion - please try to change the text label & button names to something easy and short Example: change button & label names to "Sign in", "Bank info", "Sender", "Recipient" etc. Thanks again for building a cool and neat app.

I dont know about security. But its interesting. To rush no waiting on the Que. Hope its better way to send money for family.

Now a days transactions are going smooth

I used to use Xoom but changed to transfast once I come to know about it. Gives very gud exchange rate compared to other services. Lots of options for transfer. App is easy to use

The rates are good and competitive. However customer care is poor and will not increase your limits even after sending the SSN and other details. Rate is the only goid thong.. Speed is also not fast. They say 3 days but take 5-7 days but cant ask for anything else as transfer are free.

Transfast helped me resolved problem fast. Their apps is user friendly. Sent money quickly and their peso conversion is higher. Ill use this company again.

Transfast service to India is super fast .I use thsi service every month with ease.Transfast iphone app is too good with fingerprint login and slide quick send feature.

The App idea was great however it has to be more user friendly. Make it simple, sliding etc. was confusing. So for now i gave it 3 star until its fix.
